This explains what we collect when you visit quotesapparel.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible

What we collect
- Order information — your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
- Marketing — your email address if you subscribe to the Friday letter, and whether you open it.
- Device and usage — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and analytics.
- Messages — whatever you send us by email.
Why we use it
- To take payment, produce your order and get it to you
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and support replies
- To send marketing email, only if you asked for it
- To see how the store is used and to measure our advertising
- To prevent fraud and meet our accounting and legal obligations
Who we share it with
- Shopify — hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Printify and its print providers — receive your name, delivery address and order details so your tee can be printed and shipped.
- Payment providers — process your payment and run fraud checks.
- Carriers — deliver your parcel.
- Google — analytics and advertising measurement, including conversion tracking for our ads.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the measurement described above.
Cookies and tracking
Some cookies are necessary — they keep your cart and checkout working. Others measure traffic and the performance of our ads. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the banner where one is shown, or block them in your browser; the store will still work. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends one.
Marketing email
We only email marketing to people who asked for it. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order and delivery emails are not marketing and are sent regardless.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally several years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop marketing to you. Email help@quotesapparel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California — including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Where your data goes
We operate from Saudi Arabia and use service providers based in the United States and Europe, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
