These terms cover your use of quotesapparel.com and any order you place with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Quote (إقتباس) is an online apparel store operated from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reach us at help@quotesapparel.com.
2. How our products are made
Every tee is printed to order by our production partner and shipped straight to you. Nothing is held in stock. Because each piece is made individually, small variations are normal and are not faults: print placement within about 0.5 in (1.3 cm), garment measurements within about 1 in (2.5 cm), and slight differences in shade between batches.
Product images are mockups. Colours differ from screen to screen, and garment colour names are the manufacturer's.
3. Quotes, sources and attribution
Each design is set from a stated source and attributed on its product page. Where a saying is translated, the translation shown is the one we used — translations of religious and classical texts differ, and ours is one reading rather than an official one. Out of adab, we do not print Qur'anic verses on garments. If you believe we have misattributed a line, tell us and we will correct or withdraw it.
4. Orders and prices
- Prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any import duty or tax charged on delivery, which is the recipient's responsibility.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable at the printer, or an order looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full.
- Once an order has entered production it cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Shipping and delivery
Production normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch; delivery time then depends on your address and the carrier. All timings are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address.
6. Returns and refunds
Set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. In short: misprinted, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free when reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo; change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are not accepted, because each item is made to order.
7. Intellectual property
The Quote name, the logo, our layouts, artwork, photography and the particular way each quote is set are ours. You may not reproduce, resell or use them to produce competing goods. The words themselves belong to the people who said them — we claim no ownership of any quotation.
If you believe a design infringes your rights, email us and we will review it promptly.
8. Using this site
Please don't attempt to damage, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction. If you are buying as a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
